Kakobuy spreadsheet checklist before you add to cart
Last reviewed: June 17, 2026
Before a sheet find becomes a cart item, give it one slow pass. Most bad picks are not dramatic. They are stale links, weak photos, missing size context, unclear seller information, or an item that stops looking cheap after shipping.
Short answer
Do not add a spreadsheet find to cart until it passes five checks: live link match, useful photos, size evidence, seller context, and realistic delivered cost.
- Remove rows with changed listings or unclear product options.
- Compare each item with at least one similar alternative.
- Decide only after shipping weight and packaging risk still make sense.
Link and listing checks
- The link opens to the same item described in the row.
- The product title, image, and variation options still make sense together.
- The seller or store context is visible enough to research further.
- The row has not been copied so many times that the original note is unclear.
- The listing has not switched to a different item, colorway, version, or bundle.
- You can reopen the page without relying on a screenshot or old saved note.
Comparison checks
- The item belongs in a clear group such as shoes, hoodies, bags, jewelry, watches, or pants.
- You have compared it with similar alternatives instead of judging it alone.
- The reason for choosing this item is specific: fit, look, price, material, size range, or better photos.
- You have at least one backup option in case the first link has poor QC, missing sizes, or a changed listing.
- You are not comparing unrelated items just because they are all popular spreadsheet rows.
Photo and sizing checks
- Photos show the details that matter for that item.
- Size notes are recent, clear, and not copied from a different item.
- Color and material look consistent across listing images and any available QC references.
- The photos show practical angles: tags, stitching, soles, zippers, hardware, print edges, or interior panels when relevant.
- You have checked measurements instead of trusting a size label by itself.
- Any batch, version, or material claim is supported by details you can actually inspect.
Cost and shipping checks
- The item still makes sense after estimated domestic shipping, international shipping, and possible packaging weight.
- The item is not so fragile, bulky, or heavy that the row price becomes misleading.
- You have compared it with at least one similar item before deciding it is the best option.
- The item is worth shipping with the rest of your cart, not just attractive as a standalone low price.
- You understand that returns, exchanges, or replacements can erase the savings from a weak listing.
Final decision checks
- You can explain in one sentence why this listing is better than the alternatives.
- You know the main risk before paying: sizing, photos, seller clarity, cost, or shipping weight.
- The item would still feel worth buying if the final delivered cost is higher than the row price.
A good shortlist usually feels boring by the end: fewer tabs, fewer maybes, and a clear reason each item survived.
